Sarah & Veronica MC the 2009 Miss Chugiak-Eagle River Event

The 2009 Miss Chugiak-Eagle River Scholarship Pageant will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. in the Steve Primis Auditorium at Chugiak High School. The pageant features 11 local women in competition ranging from talent to evening wear. Miss Chugiak-Eagle River 2008 Sarah Temple and Miss Chugiak-Eagle Rivers Outstanding Teen 2008 Veronica Temple perform, as well as emcee the event. Miss Birchwood 2008 Stephany Jeffers and Miss Birchwoods Outstanding Teen 2008 Sierra Slade, who both went on to win the state titles of Miss Alaska 2008 and Miss Alaskas Outstanding Teen 2008, will also be present. Jinny Kirk will be honored as Queen Regent. Tickets at the door will be $10.
